5. Professional Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment Terms
General Payment Policy
- Free initial consultations are complimentary
- Service fees as per agreed payment schedule
- Government fees are client’s direct responsibility
- All payments in currency specified in agreement

Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are 100% non refundable: Initial consultations, eligibility assessments, document evaluations, services already rendered, government fees, and third-party costs.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds may be considered if service agreement is terminated by mutual consent
- No refunds if client changes mind or decides not to proceed
- No refunds if required documents are not submitted within 60 days
- Refunds processed within 30 days of approved request
- Service fees for completed work are non-refundable
By engaging our services, you confirm that you will not initiate chargeback requests under any circumstances and will resolve any payment disputes directly with us.
